Being the huge Star Wars fans that we are, we went to see TFA in the premiere week twice. Both times when we left the movie theatre we were practically squealing like fangirls, hyped about the amazing movie we just saw and the installments yet to come (at the same time a bit frustrated and sad that we had a two year gap between parts VII and VIII), but like many others we were also left with a ton of questions TFA left unanswered. The biggest focus seems to be on Rey and her past and ancestry and a lot of people believe Rey is the daughter of Luke Skywalker. At first I was one of those people but the more I thought about it, the more I backed away from it. After all, it would be the most boring, predictable, not-so-much-of-a-plot twist. Still I couldn’t deny that there were so many hints pointing to a Skywalker connection and that’s when it hit me. What if Rey is the red herring? What if there IS a lost Skywalker, but it not who we suspect it is? Well lucky for us we have another candidate who seems to be quite force sensitive. So I put on my tinfoil hat and started digging around the internet for hints and evidence in favor of Finn Skywalker.
